Andy is a pastor's kid from Livermore, CA. He came to Trinity Pacific to
get the fuck outta there. He transferred half-way through his freshman
year and became Ian's roommate during that time. He lives in the "boys'
house" as it has come to be known.
Andy is majoring in political science. He also runs a radio show called
"Air-wave Andy." Finally, Andy is one of the only two members of
the "boys' house" to have had a serious
long term relationship. Oh, and he
can't stand the world of geekdom.
Mark Guyer -or just "Guyer"- works as
a
salesman at Megatech computers, but only
part time. Most of of his money comes from a nice fund that his divorced,
but wealthy, parents set up for him. He knows Ian and Mark Collins (his
best friend) via their Catholic high school in Santa Clarita, CA.
Guyer is an extrovert's extrovert and enjoys throwing parties for him and his
friends. He has come up with more than one
manipulative scheme that
involved other people's lives.
Becca Van Duzen is a Dutch-decescended Japan-o-phile from Lodi, CA. She came
to Trinity Pacific to study English and because it was her mother's alma mater.
She works at the Uber Bean Cafe. She knows Andy and Ian through school.
She's not quite a non-Christian, but nobody knows exactly what to
label her
religion.
A bit of an eccentric, Becca is invovled with Anime club at her TPU and is also known to role-play.
She used to be deep into World of Warcraft until her volunteer position at
Sunsdale Videogame Rehabilitation Clinic inspired her to stop.
Ian is a philosophy/theology major at Trinity Pacific. He is
Episcopalian
in his church life. He is also an Open Theist. Overall, Ian is the
groups resident scholar
whose greatest realm of ignorance when to keep
his mouth
shut
Ian has many hobbies and interests. He sang in chior when he was in high
school. He still enjoys a video game now and then. He is also a
complete epicurean
when it comes to his liquor and his food.
Mark Collins is a half-filipino half-irish nominal Catholic from Santa Clarita.
He and Mark Guyer have
been best friends
since they were fourteen, though the former tends to live in the shadow of the
latter. He too, works at Megatech
computers and avoids college.
Mark spends much of his time in the world of computers, since he is either
introverted or shy -nobody can tell quite which. His hobbies are many:
playing RPGs, getting the best scores on guitar hero,
being awkward, and many other things to avoid having to deal with real life, grown
up, decisions.
Jenny Matura, a relatively new member to the cast, is a vocal performance
major at Trinity Pacific. She is a missionary kid
that was born in Thailand and grew up in Taiwan. She came to TPU to
experience the United States, but is truely an egg to the core. She is
Becca's roommate and co-worker.
